Alhambra

I had prebooked our tickets in March for June, to have better timeslots. I chose 9h30, that would give us time to collect tickets and walk to the Nasrid Palace.

We took the bus early in th morning and before 8AM. When we arrived there were families who bought tickets for 8h30AM, so they didn't have much time to run with strollers. I talked to one family. It was actually pretty cold in the morning and we didn't have our warmer clothes.

2 women arrived and organized 2 lines: 1 for picking up reserved tickets with passports, and one for people trying to get day tickets. This is very risky in high season. When they opened the windows, they displayed no availability for Nasrid palace and only 50 tickets left for that day.

Our line was small and moved quickly. Although there are much less people early in the morning the light wasn't enough for great pictures. We were happy to visit a bit later. In the morning and until 12PM it is more bearable for the heat, later it can be a challenge.

We had a very nice visit at the Alhambra and gardens, and Alcazaba. Last time we didn't have much time to visit all.

We then walked down to our hotel through the gardens and small streets. We had already visited Banos Arabes in the past.
